It can be! I have a couple of 'default' faces I use for friends and family, though, and that's one of them.

That's lovely! Maybe you can continue while you're here, at least to keep your skills up. Does it work like that? I'm not sure, no one really trusts me to illustrate any of my papers. I draw stick figures.
